Salary: $122,500–$168,500 USD (annual base salary)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution from planning to launch.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Digital, Customer Marketing, Field, Social, and Content teams to align messaging and channel strategy.
• Partner with BDR and sales teams to support funnel conversion and drive pipeline.
• Drive customer adoption and expansion by collaborating with Customer Success and global programs.
• Tailor campaigns to the global footprint, partnering with regional teams to meet geo-specific needs.
• Track campaign performance and adjust as needed to optimize impact.

Requirements

• 5-7 years marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a project management or campaigns management role.
• Expert project management skills to ensure clear project timelines and deliverables.
• Builder mentality, ready to help shape campaign marketing.
• Experience prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to adapt to change, move quickly, and think on your feet.
