TL;DR

Growth Account Director: Prospecting and growing existing business across the West region, identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with existing customers with an accent on a consultative sales approach, articulating product value for Grafana Cloud and Enterprise, and managing sales pipeline effectively. Focus on developing strong executive-level relationships, creating strategic account plans, and consistently achieving sales goals in a competitive technology environment.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $350,000–$380,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within 2-3 top existing accounts across multiple functions and business lines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at the Executive level in current customers.
  • Create and execute strategic plans for defined account sets.
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels (in person, online, in writing).
  • Able to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually.
  • Adaptable and with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Must be based in the United States (Remote).

Nice to have

  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with open source technology.
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.
