What you will do

  • Drive significant revenue growth by consistently exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets.
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure exceptional customer adoption and identify growth opportunities.
  • Minimize customer churn and maximize retention by delivering value and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses to foster long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly revenue forecasts and maintain meticulous CRM hygiene.

Nice to have

  • 2-3+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong computer skills, previous Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and/or hirify.global experience.
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and contribute to reliable business projections.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable results.
  • Familiarity with the SMB market and its unique challenges.
