What you will do

  • Drive significant revenue growth and exceed monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets within your assigned SMB portfolio.
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure exceptional customer adoption, proactively address needs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Minimize customer churn and maximize retention by consistently delivering value and building strong relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses to uncover opportunities and foster long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly revenue forecasts and maintain meticulous CRM hygiene.
  • Advocate for hirify.global's product value and communicate customer feedback to the Product team.

Requirements

  • Highly competitive, analytical, and data-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams across different office locations.
  • Quick learner with strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English: B2 required

Nice to have

  • 2-3+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong computer skills, with previous experience in Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and/or hirify.global.
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and contribute to reliable business projections.
  • Familiarity with the SMB market and its unique challenges and opportunities.
