What you will do
- Support Customer Success Managers in customer onboarding, interaction, and continuous management
- Manage academic edition collaborations and internal processes like Salesforce tasks and report generation
- Organize internal meetings, community events, and maintain documentation
- Develop and update demo workspaces for specific use cases
- Learn key Customer Success metrics such as Net Dollar Retention (NDR)
- Participate actively in team and company-wide meetings and workshops
Requirements
- Must be a student with at least 1 year left of studies
- Fluent in both German and English
- Preferred fields of study: IT or Business
- Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in enterprise organizations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Openness to learn and understand customer needs
