TL;DR
Working Student – Customer Success (Italian Speaker): Supporting Italian-speaking hoteliers in navigating the hirify.global platform and products with an accent on customer relations, sales support, and data management. Focus on assisting with product adoption, customer retention, and resolving basic inquiries.
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany. Hybrid setup with 1 day per week work from home. Ability to work remotely from a different location within Germany or selected countries abroad for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do
- Support Italian-speaking hoteliers with hirify.global products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM tool for data accuracy.
- Prepare presentations, webinars, and materials to drive product adoption among hotel partners.
- Contribute to outbound calling efforts to engage prospects and support customer retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with team members on operational tasks such as document preparation and simple data reporting.
- Research customer inquiries and provide support in resolving basic customer questions.
Requirements
- Native-level Italian language skills (written and spoken) and fluent English.
- Currently enrolled as a student at a German university.
- Availability for 20 hours per week.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing tasks and data.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn CRM systems.
Nice to have
- Additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools.
