TL;DR

Technical Adoption Manager (Legal AI): Managing the self-serve channel by providing technical support, building help center resources, and tracking usage/ROI for a Legal AI Suite. Focus on accelerating legal work through AI, troubleshooting technical issues, and stimulating customer adoption rates.

Location: hirify.global is a remote-first company with offices in New York, London, and Frankfurt. This role requires working during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CET/CEST) and attendance at team onsites across Europe. Highly fluent (or native) German speaker required.

What you will do

  • Provide first-line technical support for BEAMON AI during onboarding and via support tickets and live customer chats.
  • Diagnose, identify, and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating to Engineering teams when necessary.
  • Monitor and understand drop-off rates for trial users and stimulate AI adoption rates and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to build, update, and maintain internal and external documentation, onboarding guides, and help center resources.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including user manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Evaluate user skill gaps and create documentation or initiatives based on specific customer needs.

Requirements

  • Highly fluent (or native) German speaker.
  • Highly fluent English speaker.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer success role.
  • Previous work in SaaS or AI.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with support tools such as Intercom or Zendesk.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer support, success, or enablement for legal tech or with AI adoption.
  • Proficiency with adoption and product analytics tools such as Userpilot or Pendo.
  • Experience in the legal or legal tech industry.
  • Background in conducting webinars or training sessions.
