TL;DR

Technical Account Executive: Managing customer relationships and running technical product demos as a key early sales hire. With an accent on building a scalable sales process and deep product expertise. Focus on owning the full sales cycle, nurturing leads 1:1, and providing customer feedback to product teams.

Location: UK - Remote (Hybrid)

Salary: £60K - £90K base before commission

What you will do

  • Bring leads into the sales funnel and nurture 1:1 relationships
  • Run technical product demos independently without sales engineers
  • Own the full sales cycle and document scalable sales processes
  • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to the product team
  • Contribute to sales collateral development
  • Help test and validate new sales approaches

Requirements

  • Location: UK-based remote with hybrid work
  • Technical B2B startup sales experience
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience owning customer relationships with $20k-100k+ ACV deals

Nice to have

  • Data-driven curiosity and interest in analytics
  • Experience with outbound prospecting
