What you will do
- Own full sales lifecycle for fintech and payments institutional clients from prospecting to onboarding and expansion.
- Manage pipeline of high-value opportunities and drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
- Act as primary relationship owner delivering consultative coverage to senior stakeholders.
- Lead complex sales conversations and product deep dives across crypto services including custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi.
- Partner cross-functionally with trading, lending, operations, compliance, legal, and product teams to close deals.
- Navigate procurement, compliance, and risk discussions in regulated financial environments.
Requirements
- Location: New York, United States
- 5–8+ years experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services with client-facing sales roles.
- Proven track record closing complex consultative deals with institutional or enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of fintech, payments, neobanks, financial markets, and crypto custody.
- Excellent communication skills engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience or deep interest in digital assets and blockchain technology.
- Knowledge of payments infrastructure, DeFi, protocols, tokens, NFTs, or on-chain financial products.
- Background in investment banking, corporate banking, structured products, consulting, or front-office financial roles.
