What you will do

• Apply AI and GenAI techniques to optimize CI/CD pipelines, code quality, automated testing, and deployment.
• Integrate AI solutions into legacy and modern SDLC workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Design and deploy GenAI-based agents for code review, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Implement AI-powered DevOps solutions on Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to align AI improvements with business goals.
• Lead communication and influence adoption of AI and DevOps strategies across teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in San Diego, United States and legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years software development and DevOps experience; 5+ years applying AI/ML in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in AI-driven automation, GenAI frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
