Requirements
- Native Finnish-speaker and excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
- At least 6 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services.
- Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection.
Nice to have
- Crypto industry knowledge.
- CRM experience in Salesforce.
