What you will do
- Build foundational systems supporting new referral pathways, integrations, and patient experiences.
- Develop tools and workflows to improve partner, channel, and market connections to the platform.

- Improve platform reliability and performance as use cases and volumes grow.
- Support experimentation and iteration on new opportunities throughout the year.
- Shape technical patterns and best practices for a fast-moving, executive-aligned team.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely within the United States or hybrid from NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hubs
- Experience building production features across backend and frontend (Python/Flask and React/TypeScript).
- Strong systems mindset focused on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Outcome-oriented with ability to drive business and user value.
- Adaptable to ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Collaborative with clear communication skills.
