• Build foundational systems supporting new referral pathways, integrations, and patient experiences.
• Develop tools and workflows to improve partner, channel, and market connections to the platform.
• Collaborate on early-stage product development and launch new initiatives.
• Improve platform reliability and performance as use cases and volumes grow.
• Support experimentation and iteration on new opportunities throughout the year.
• Shape technical patterns and best practices for a fast-moving, executive-aligned team.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely within the United States or hybrid from NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hubs
• Experience building production features across backend and frontend (Python/Flask and React/TypeScript).
• Strong systems mindset focused on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Outcome-oriented with ability to drive business and user value.
• Adaptable to ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Collaborative with clear communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Background in healthcare data, EHR systems, or regulated environments.
