What you will do
- Architect LLM-powered systems to review clinical documentation at scale and deliver real-time provider feedback.
- Design ML/LLM systems to detect patterns of inappropriate billing, over-utilization, and low-quality care.
- Build systems to systematically measure and defend clinical quality standards across the provider network.
- Develop ML models to match patients with the most suitable providers based on complex needs.
- Champion trustworthy AI by building evaluation frameworks, optimization loops, and observability.
- Set technical standards and provide mentorship to scale the engineering group from 12 to 50 engineers.
Requirements
- Experience as an end-to-end product builder capable of handling both backend logic and frontend state management.
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software and own outcomes.
- Expertise in making technical decisions that optimize for maintainability and scale.
- Strong mentorship skills and a habit of sharing knowledge across the team.
- Experience experimenting with LLMs and applying them to real-world workflows.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
