What you will do

• Own end-to-end feature development, from database schema to UI, for therapist practice management tools.
• Build APIs and interfaces to enhance patient and provider engagement and communication.
• Develop AI-enabled clinical systems for high-integrity treatment plans and progress notes.
• Optimize the insurance credentialing and onboarding experience for providers.
• Lay technical foundations and establish patterns to ensure system maintainability and scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define the product roadmap and technical strategy.

Requirements

• Expertise as an end-to-end product builder, comfortable switching between backend logic and frontend state.
• Ability to transform ambiguous problems into shipped software and drive outcomes.
• Experience setting high technical standards and mentoring other engineers through design and reviews.
• Strong iteration mindset, prioritizing real-world feedback and rapid shipping over perfect initial designs.
• Ability to quickly master complex domains, such as healthcare regulations and payers.
• Must be based in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle

• Experience applying LLMs to real-world workflows, operational automation, or developer tooling.
