What you will do

• Lead design and maintenance of foundational analytics data models and platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver data-driven customer experiences.
• Develop scalable data products including dashboards, reporting, and Snowflake data sharing solutions.
• Design, train, and operationalize machine learning models for forecasting, recommendations, and anomaly detection.
• Establish data governance, quality assurance, and best practices across analytics and ML ecosystems.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work remotely from USA or Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in data roles including analytics engineering, data engineering, or data science.
• Expertise with modern data stack technologies: dbt, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Looker/Omni.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance, and quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for global teams.
