What you will do

  • Manage advertising campaigns through effective partnership with creative and media agencies.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns around key product moments to meet business and commercial targets.
  • Support the Acquisition lead with the management of Paid Search, Aggregators, Display, and other paid marketing channels.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance and maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid amplification of content and work with design teams for assets.
  • Produce and present regular performance marketing updates for BAU and campaign activity.

Requirements

  • Relevant marketing qualification.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a B2C or agency performance marketing/paid media function.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of multi-£m marketing budgets and campaigns.
  • Strong acquisition marketing skills, using multiple channels to effectively acquire customers.
  • Ability to partner cross functionally towards enterprise level objectives and manage marketing agency partnerships.
  • Clear communication skills, able to speak in technology, marketing, and experience terms.
