What you will do

• Own technical and accounting aspects of sales and post-sales journey including discovery, demos, implementation, and optimization.
• Advise customers on accounting best practices and translate workflows into product solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to lead technical discovery and drive successful POCs.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers to transform their monthly close process.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate accounting needs into product features.
• Help define Solutions Engineering processes and build the team as an early member.

Requirements

• 3–7 years experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales with accounting background.
• Deep accounting domain knowledge including month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Comfortable engaging with senior finance leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Strong product understanding to explain complex systems and solve accounting pain points.
