What you will do
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets for the Italian market.
- Drive new business development, client acquisition, and partnership expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce and sell an expanding range of products and consulting offerings.
- Monitor and adjust sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and market dynamics.
- Mentor team members to improve productivity and sales cycle management.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing sales teams within B2B SaaS or startup environments, demonstrating strong leadership.
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle, particularly in high-volume, transactional sales.
- Ability to balance direct sales responsibilities with effective team management, including recruitment, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical and business management skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities, focused on driving revenue through strategic collaborations.
- Ability to work from one of the designated office locations (Rome, Milan, Arco, or Barcelona) and engage with the team in an office environment.
- English: B2 required.
