What you will do

  • Lead and manage a sales team, maintaining individual sales targets and driving overall performance in the Italian market.
  • Drive new business development and oversee the team's collective sales targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to introduce and sell an expanding range of products and premium services.
  • Monitor and adjust sales forecasts and targets, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing sales teams within B2B SaaS or related startup environments.
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle, particularly in high-volume, transactional sales.
  • Ability to balance direct sales responsibilities with effective team management, including recruitment, coaching, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and business management skills for making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.
  • Ability to work from one of the designated office locations (Rome, Milan, Arco, or Barcelona) and a willingness to engage with the team in an office environment.
