Location: Must be located in Bari, Italy with a hybrid work setup requiring 50% in-office time, and the flexibility to work remotely from other locations up to 8 weeks per year.

What you will do
- Support Account Managers with new homeowners’ onboarding.
- Address post-booking related questions from homeowners.
- Support Sales Representatives in signing vacation rental owners to the platform.
- Assist in closing deals and ensuring is the right solution for their needs.
- Focus on special campaigns launched by to increase customer performance.
- Manage accounts outside of focus regions.
Requirements
- Positive mindset and empathic personality.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent work attitude and great time management.
- Near native Italian skills.
- Fluent English skills – both written and spoken.
