What you will do

• Oversee design and implementation of product features across applications, APIs, and diagnostic systems.
• Manage a high-performing engineering team and align technological solutions with business goals.
• Contribute hands-on to code development alongside the team.
• Own features end-to-end, considering user experience, data models, scalability, and operability.
• Continuously improve engineering standards, quality, knowledge, and communication within the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a similar tech-focused leadership role.
• 50% or more hands-on leadership experience.
• Demonstrable expertise in software design, development, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge and experience with cloud technologies (AWS).
• Proficiency in NestJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, Python, Vue 3, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Proven problem-solving skills for building robust, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.

Nice to have

• Understanding of security standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience in engineering or working with AI/ML systems.
