What you will do

• Manage customer acquisition, retention, and monetization activities with a focus on stellar customer experience.
• Develop and own all aspects of product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
• Create a full-funnel marketing plan aligned with marketing and sales strategies and goals.
• Develop and execute multi-touch campaigns incorporating inbound, outbound, webinars, PR, social, and organic/paid programs.
• Drive content initiatives to develop actionable content focused on conversion, upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
• Oversee spend efficiency metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA) and optimize marketing automation efforts.

Requirements

• Experience building, executing, and leading successful B2C marketing strategies leveraging a variety of tactics and channels.
• Ability to develop a high-performance team of goal-oriented partners.
• Experience in a B2C fintech and/or trading platform-related business or a strong interest in financial markets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills that strongly align with hirify.global’s mission and culture, including teamwork and excellence.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn, LTV, ARPU) and capability to clearly communicate performance.

Nice to have

• Experience developing competitive analysis and monitoring emerging trends in the fintech industry.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS programming.
