What you will do

  • Conduct 100% hands-on outbound prospecting targeting educational centers and companies.
  • Engage decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages tailored to each account.
  • Identify client pain points and generate qualified demos for the sales team.
  • Adapt sales pitch based on client context and current platform usage.
  • Manage pipeline and record all activities in HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide live market feedback to improve sales strategies.

Requirements

  • English: B2 level or higher preferred
  • 1–3 years experience in outbound BDR/SDR roles in B2B sales.
  • Experience with SaaS sales, ideally in HR or EdTech sectors.
  • Proficiency in cold calling and outbound sales cadences.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
  • Motivation for education, employability, and startup environments.
