What you will do
- Build and scale hirify.global’s US commercial presence by originating and closing high-impact partnerships with foundations, token issuers, and institutional digital-asset players.
- Drive the expansion of hirify.global’s US client base, positioning liquidity, derivatives, and structured solutions for the largest market in crypto.
- Lead client conversations with founders, investors, and core teams, translating needs into actionable commercial proposals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Structuring, Trading, Risk, and Product to ensure commercial proposals are feasible and aligned with risk frameworks.
- Represent hirify.global at US conferences and industry events to expand visibility and pipeline.
- Act as the primary commercial US liaison for internal stakeholders like Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of business development or institutional sales experience in digital assets, trading firms, investment banking, structured products, or financial markets.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives, options, liquidity provision, and tokenomics.
- Demonstrated success in originating and closing complex commercial partnerships.
- Deep familiarity with the US crypto ecosystem, including foundations, issuers, VCs, and exchanges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Must be based out of NYC and able to travel globally for events.
