TL;DR

Director, Corporate Sales (Digital Assets): Building and scaling hirify.global’s US commercial presence by originating, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships with foundations, token issuers, ecosystem treasuries, and institutional digital-asset players. Focus on expanding the US client base, positioning liquidity and derivatives solutions, and defining commercial strategy for the crypto market.

Location: Remote, must be based out of NYC

Salary: $175-250k + expected 100% OTE

What you will do

  • Build and scale hirify.global’s US commercial presence by originating and closing high-impact partnerships with foundations, token issuers, and institutional digital-asset players.
  • Drive the expansion of hirify.global’s US client base, positioning liquidity, derivatives, and structured solutions for the largest market in crypto.
  • Lead client conversations with founders, investors, and core teams, translating needs into actionable commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Structuring, Trading, Risk, and Product to ensure commercial proposals are feasible and aligned with risk frameworks.
  • Represent hirify.global at US conferences and industry events to expand visibility and pipeline.
  • Act as the primary commercial US liaison for internal stakeholders like Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of business development or institutional sales experience in digital assets, trading firms, investment banking, structured products, or financial markets.
  • Strong knowledge of derivatives, options, liquidity provision, and tokenomics.
  • Demonstrated success in originating and closing complex commercial partnerships.
  • Deep familiarity with the US crypto ecosystem, including foundations, issuers, VCs, and exchanges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Must be based out of NYC and able to travel globally for events.

  • Entrepreneurial experience or builder mindset strongly preferred.
