What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Apply strong software testing principles to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release strategies.
• Adopt Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban for iterative development.
• Contribute technically by building maintainable features and solving complex problems.
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster professional growth and a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK
• Expertise in at least three of the following: Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure LogicApps, JavaScript, C#, SQL, PowerBI, Azure Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of software testing, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions with strategic team design.
