What you will do

  • Manage the Customer Service Centre (CSC) and Employee Experience (EE) teams to support end-user requests.
  • Maintain best practices across security, cost optimization, reliability, and performance using the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
  • Oversee the response to incidents and service requests via ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Act as Service Owner for new and existing NGMS services, ensuring proactive run and operate activities.
  • Drive the continual improvement strategy by identifying automation opportunities and analyzing data sets.
  • Lead team triage and resolution processes to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Certification in AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals), MD-102 (M365 Endpoint Administrator), and AZ-140 (Azure Virtual Desktop).
  • Proficiency with M365 and Azure services, including Entra, Active Directory, Exchange, and Defender.
  • Experience with Azure configuration tools including Azure Portal, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
  • Experience configuring PaaS offerings (WebApps, Azure Database services, Containers).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft server workloads (AD, SQL, IIS).
