What you will do

  • Proactively acquire new customers and generate leads in the DACH region through direct communication.
  • Conduct initial telephone contact, perform needs analyses, and provide software demonstrations (online and on-site).
  • Prepare offers and lead negotiations up to the conclusion of contracts.
  • Participate in trade fairs, monitor the market, and develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide content support for marketing activities.
  • Control results, evaluate performance, and report regularly to the Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • Several years of proven sales success in direct sales of B2B software solutions, ideally within the automotive and online platforms environment.
  • Hands-on and pragmatic style, working in an agile and solution-oriented manner.
  • Strong communication skills and profound negotiating abilities.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, maintaining an overview even under time pressure.
  • High ambition, drive for innovation, and personal commitment to achieving goals.
  • Business fluent German and good English skills.
