TL;DR

Partner Manager (Fintech): Managing and developing relationships with business partners from onboarding to launch and beyond for a brokerage-as-a-service platform with an accent on coordinating change processes, ensuring regulatory standards, and expanding product offerings. Focus on building strong, lasting partnerships, improving product and services, and designing a framework for partner management.

Location: Hybrid work setup in Germany with regular onsite meetings in Berlin. You can work from anywhere in the EU for up to 60 days per year.

What you will do

  • Own and develop day-to-day relationships with business partners, coordinating changes and building their product.
  • Act as the first line of defence for outsourced activities, ensuring partners meet regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, Brokerage, and Operations to improve offerings.
  • Qualify, calculate, and validate business cases to help partners expand their product offering.
  • Build out all processes, framework, and standards for the Partner Management function.
  • Embrace a strong writing culture and share knowledge and partner insights proactively.

Requirements

  • Experience in the financial sector (Brokerage Firm, Bank, or Fintech).
  • Good experience in managing business partnerships and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to play the long game with partners, understanding ambitions and building trust.
  • Great communication skills in German and English (C1+) required.
  • Hands-on experience with setting up and working on cross-functional projects.
  • Exposure to outsourcing and vendor management, including defining SLAs.
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity and uncertainty, managing several projects and deadlines.
  • Understanding of solid and robust compliance processes and regulation.
  • Strong ownership mentality and intrinsic motivation to deliver value.
