What you will do
- Own and develop day-to-day relationships with business partners, coordinating changes and building their product.
- Act as the first line of defence for outsourced activities, ensuring partners meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, Brokerage, and Operations to improve offerings.
- Qualify, calculate, and validate business cases to help partners expand their product offering.
- Build out all processes, framework, and standards for the Partner Management function.
- Embrace a strong writing culture and share knowledge and partner insights proactively.
Requirements
- Experience in the financial sector (Brokerage Firm, Bank, or Fintech).
- Good experience in managing business partnerships and building strong relationships.
- Ability to play the long game with partners, understanding ambitions and building trust.
- Great communication skills in German and English (C1+) required.
- Hands-on experience with setting up and working on cross-functional projects.
- Exposure to outsourcing and vendor management, including defining SLAs.
- Ability to cope with ambiguity and uncertainty, managing several projects and deadlines.
- Understanding of solid and robust compliance processes and regulation.
- Strong ownership mentality and intrinsic motivation to deliver value.
