Location: Hybrid in San Francisco with expectation to be onsite 2 times a week

Salary: $197,754 - $300,121 USD annually depending on location tier

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive trust & safety strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of scalable security and privacy features.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to platform integrity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and legal teams to ensure user safety and compliance.
• Enhance internal tooling and processes to safeguard user data and platform integrity.
• Stay current on industry best practices and global compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States as no immigration sponsorship is provided.
• Minimum 8 years in product management with at least 3 years in a lead role focused on trust & safety, security, or privacy.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with security and legal teams on complex issues.
• Data-driven decision-making and detail-oriented execution.
• Hybrid work in San Francisco Bay Area with onsite presence expected twice weekly.
