TL;DR

Senior Manager, Trust & Safety (Marketplace): Conceiving and overseeing the next generation of hirify.global’s marketplace Trust Strategy with an accent on policy development, operational standards, and network health enforcement. Focus on scaling a Trust & Safety team, integrating AI into safety visions, and designing dispute resolution processes for B2B ecosystems.

Location: Remote-hybrid (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $145,000–$217,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop protocols to identify trust-breaching customer experiences and recommend optimal response strategies.
  • Transform policy into action by creating SOPs, response scripts, and centralized tracking systems.
  • Hire, lead, and scale a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and network health compliance.
  • Design Trust Policies to govern marketplace participation for Restaurant Partners and third parties.
  • Benchmark product features and stay current on B2B/B2C Trust standards and solutions.
  • Act as the internal voice for Trust and Safety evolution alongside AI adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Trust & Safety, Operations, Product, or Compliance at a tech company.
  • 3+ years of primary ownership in Trust and Safety program design and implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams handling high-volume escalations and disputes.
  • Must be based in the US; the company does not sponsor work visas or legal permanent residence.
  • 4-year accredited college degree; advanced graduate study is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and events.
