What you will do

• Lead business development and market share growth for Data & AI consulting.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key technology partners and leverage partner ecosystems.

• Shape the Data & AI consult practice vision, strategy, and roadmap for the market.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants, architects, scientists, and engineers.
• Represent hirify.global as a thought leader in Data & AI at industry events.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and growing Data & AI consulting businesses or practices.
• Deep understanding of data, AI/ML technologies, and advanced analytics in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and articulate customer-centric value propositions and business cases.
• Strong experience in managing partner ecosystems.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Comfortable working with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong market knowledge of the French business landscape and key industry verticals.

• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML capabilities.
