What you will do

  • Manage and optimize Coupa and other financial tools design and configuration to align with business needs and data integrity.
  • Lead all enhancements, support, request processing, problem detection, and resolution activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Automation technical team and Finance Transformation Project Managers.
  • Provide support and training to business users.
  • Maintain system documentation, process guidelines, and manage IT audits within your scope.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably with exposure to financial systems or in banking/fintech environments.
  • P2P knowledge of software such as Coupa, Ivalua, or SAP Ariba.
  • Experience in managing system implementations and process improvements.
  • Knowledge of Procurement and Accounts Payable processes is a plus.
  • Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
