What you will do
- Define and lead the enterprise-wide content strategy spanning brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation.
- Spearhead the evolution of content to address the AI-driven buyer journey, optimizing for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and traditional SEO.
- Own content distribution beyond the blog, partnering with Community and Developer Relations teams.
- Build and operationalize a scalable content engine, embedding AI workflows for increased velocity and personalization.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of editors, content strategists, writers, and community producers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or content marketing, ideally in high-growth SaaS or modern media.
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing content or editorial teams.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and AI-driven discovery behavior, with experience optimizing content for LLMs (GEO) and integrating AI tools.
- Possess a journalistic instinct combined with marketing discipline to run an editorial calendar like a newsroom.
- Ability to thrive in a global, distributed environment (US, EMEA, APAC) and partner broadly across teams.
- Exceptional ability to link content output to measurable business results.
