What you will do

• Identify and address opportunities for new services and upsells by understanding business value.
• Manage professional services and training bookings, striving to meet/exceed revenue targets.
• Consult clients, estimate, scope, and develop statements of work for engagements.
• Partner with sales to understand customer needs and ensure successful delivery of valued solutions.
• Lead by example, prioritizing hirify.global and customer success in sales and delivery.
• Resolve delivery challenges, resource contentions, and scoping issues, managing expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years running Professional Services and Training Services with a focus on Retail clients.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles requiring influence, validation, negotiation, and execution.
• Experience in the Data and AI domain, working with Retail customers on production implementations.
• Excellent customer-facing skills, including executive interaction.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and implement solutions.
• Strong service delivery and program management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, more at peak times.
