What you will do

• Integrate HR solutions into the cloud systems of customers.
• Install and configure integrations of third-party systems (e.g., time tracking, access control).
• Create and improve existing documentation of integrations.
• Administer the Microsoft Cloud of customers.
• Support Success Managers as a technical consultant in support cases.
• Administer internal Cloud IT and laptops.

Requirements

• Completed professional/vocational education/training in the IT industry.
• 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position.
• You are a problem solver and computers are your passion.
• Good German and English skills, oral and written.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical support (2nd or 3rd level).
