What you will do
- Provide level 2 technical support for hardware and software issues to ensure 24x7 operational continuity.
- Conduct remote office visits to resolve technical issues and build relationships with local associates.
- Manage the full asset life cycle to ensure efficient deployment of company technology.
- Collaborate with event managers to provide on-site technology services for client symposiums.
- Document and track all service requests and incidents in the help desk system to drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an entry-level technical support role.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, servers, LANs, and WANs.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft products and platforms.
- Experience using help desk call logging systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
