What you will do

• Coordinate art resources, schedules, and priorities with the Art Director and Production.
• Provide aesthetic and technical direction to asset team artists.
• Produce benchmark assets to style and brief of project.
• Lead the production and creation of art assets for projects.
• Manage and mentor career development of 3D Artists at various skill levels.
• Ensure the team maintains high-quality artistic results and milestone delivery.

Requirements

• Proven game cycle experience as a Senior or Lead Artist, with at least one shipped title in this capacity.
• Advanced understanding of 3D packages including Photoshop, Substance Designer/Painter, Zbrush, and Marmoset Toolbag.
• Excellent knowledge of unwrapping, modifying, and creating UVs.
• Expertise with PBR, lighting, rendering, and material authoring.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• Unable to sponsor a visa for this role.
