Salary: £101,600 - £152,400

What you will do

• Lead talented and creative engineers in the Growth Group to build features and experiments for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to translate growth goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to define and execute growth initiatives.
• Push for exceptionally high-quality engineering work whilst moving at a fast pace.
• Develop talent, hire and grow engineers while maintaining an inclusive team culture.
• Plan and prioritise impactful technical investment initiatives for your teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading engineering teams.
• Familiarity with full-stack technologies and practices.
• Enthusiasm about working in a strong culture of experimentation, testing, and learning.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional work skills.
• High agency, taking ownership of problems and adapting to change.
