What you will do

• Lead and execute a company-wide reliability and engineering velocity roadmap across multi-cloud and multi-region environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align strategic goals in reliability, security, and AI infrastructure.
• Support and unblock engineering teams by providing tactical leadership and problem-solving.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent, including managers and individual contributors.
• Mentor senior engineers and managers to develop their careers and foster a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco office, United States
• 6+ years of management experience including at least 1 year managing managers in fast-growing organizations.
• Experience with performance engineering, load testing, chaos engineering, and large-scale distributed telemetry.
• Proven experience managing production workloads across multiple cloud providers and container orchestration (Kubernetes, CNCF tools).
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for healthcare and AI technology.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
