Salary: $224,000–$336,000 annually

• Design, build, and scale reliable and scalable applications and end-to-end product experiences.
• Define and design opinionated architectural strategies for platform extensibility.
• Diagnose and solve complex performance challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive key initiatives and organizational strategy.
• Unblock team execution and make effective trade-offs considering business priorities and user experience.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience building software systems, including user-facing products and internal platforms.
• User-first mindset with deep care for product experience.
• Experience setting and executing multi-year technical strategies for an organization.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a curiosity for the domain.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and empowering their growth.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for complex technical topics.
