What you will do

  • Drive the overarching security and IT vision, methodology, and operational strategy.
  • Lead and mentor senior-level teams across information security, corporate IT, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business and engineering leadership to ensure secure system scalability.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-wide security infrastructure.
  • Manage technology risk, governance, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
  • Act as a key strategic voice within the Senior Management Team.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading security and IT organizations.
  • Proven track record of executing enterprise-wide security transformations.
  • Deep technical expertise in security engineering, infrastructure, and cloud architecture (AWS).
  • Dynamic leadership experience managing multi-disciplined technology teams.
  • Ability to conduct technical security architecture reviews of critical systems.
  • Strong background in security compliance and technology risk management.
