• Drive security and IT vision and maturity as a strategic member of the Senior Management Team.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide security infrastructure strategies and IT operational excellence.
• Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to align security and IT goals.
• Lead and grow senior teams responsible for information security, corporate IT, risk management, governance, and compliance.
• Stay current with emerging security and IT trends to identify opportunities and best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model based in Boston, United States
• 15+ years of experience leading security and IT teams
• Proven experience in security transformations and technical security architecture.
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to mentor and grow teams.
• Experience with cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, and automation.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher
