What you will do
- Become an expert in hirify.global’s product integrations and drive efficient onboarding of new customers at scale
- Manage micro-SMB and SMB accounts 1:1 to ensure onboarding within 60 days and fewer than 2 calls
- Balance multiple priorities supporting implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach
- Partner with Product team to relay customer feedback and prioritize improvements
- Identify opportunities to automate and scale onboarding processes
- Maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction rates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in B2B
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record meeting KPIs and managing 100+ customers simultaneously
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and position product solutions
Nice to have
- Experience with accounting software (Netsuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) or CPA qualification
- Experience in financial services sales
