What you will do
- Develop and manage annual and quarterly field marketing plans for France.
- Lead end-to-end execution of localized demand generation campaigns (webinars, trade shows, customer events, direct mail).
- Manage the dedicated regional marketing budget (up to €100,000 annually).
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, reporting results to sales and global marketing leadership.
- Create, localize, and manage sales enablement materials including presentations and case studies.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for regional Account Executives and manage stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a dedicated field or regional marketing role within the technology or relevant industry sector.
- Native/Fluent French and Business Fluent English.
- Deep knowledge of the French market, including local business culture, partnerships, and data protection regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
- High degree of autonomy, excellent project management capabilities, and strong persuasive power in stakeholder management.
