What you will do

• Participate in designing and building products on the hirify.global platform.
• Ensure high-quality and stable deliverables.
• Review code submissions and provide feedback.
• Work on automation test scripts.
• Develop and configure Agentforce agents including topics, actions, and prompt templates.
• Create and maintain test strategies for agentic behaviors and LLM outputs.

Requirements

• Overall at least 4 years development experience.
• Experience working with Java, Javascript, ReactJS, Apex/cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in design and implementation of Web Services.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and testing LLM-based agents.
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts and Git.

Nice to have

• Experience with code reusability, scalable solutions, and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
• Good knowledge of automation testing frameworks like Selenium.
• Certifications on hirify.global Admin, hirify.global Developer, Agentblazer.
• Basic understanding of LLM concepts like RAG, KNN, Embeddings, fine-tuning.
