What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable AI-powered workflow automation for a B2B SaaS platform.
• Contribute to the technical and product roadmap through initiative discovery and execution.
• Translate complex business needs into elegant and effective technical solutions.
• Anticipate and resolve technical blockers and weigh architectural trade-offs.
• Mentor teammates through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in backend, full-stack, or systems.
• Proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Mexico, Argentina, or Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gemini, LangChain, or other agentic and AI workflow technologies.
• Familiarity with modern LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration tools, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
