What you will do

• Define and execute a differentiated product strategy to evolve the portfolio into a unified, AI-enabled SaaS ecosystem.
• Drive commercial outcomes including ARR growth, Net Revenue Retention, and profitability across the portfolio.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle in close partnership with Engineering and Design leadership.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI and data-driven use cases to solve real customer problems.
• Define and evolve the product operating model to govern prioritization and execution at scale.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, international product organization while fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management with significant leadership roles.
• Proven track record of scaling multi-product portfolios within enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise in modern product management practices, including agile development and experimentation.
• Experience driving platform strategies, ecosystem development, and product integration.
• Strong understanding of data and AI application in real-world products.
• Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
