Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Netherlands (Den Bosch). Remote work from other countries is not possible.

What you will do
- Define and drive a creative product strategy and long-term vision across all categories.
- Translate brand and company strategy into compelling product concepts and seasonal roadmaps.
- Lead the development of technically strong, best-in-class first-layer products.
- Drive product execution at scale, delivering high-volume, commercially successful assortments.
- Lead the creation of fanwear collections for top-tier teams within a triangle partnership model.
- Ensure products deliver on best price–value ratio, balancing design, quality, and cost.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a senior creative or product leadership role within sport, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Must have legal right to work in the Netherlands; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Proven track record of working with global brands in a licensing or partnership environment.
- Deep understanding of technical product development for first-layer categories.
- Strong ability to translate brand stories into commercially successful products.
- Experience leading creative direction from idea to execution.
