What you will do

  • Take ownership of Web Sales performance for one or more B2B countries.
  • Develop and execute commercial plans, setting targets and priorities to drive results.
  • Optimize the online customer journey from initial traffic and conversion to repeat orders.
  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional execution.
  • Collaborate with Offering, Digital Product Management, Marketing, and Relation Sales teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce within a B2B environment.
  • Commercial background with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Nijmegen or Leiden.
