TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Startups): Developing and executing territory plans to exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within the digital native segment. Location: Hybrid, must be based in San Francisco, CA (Bay Area)

Salary: $248,000–$303,000 annually (for Bay Area-based hires)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed quarterly sales targets and annual quotas.
  • Manage new business acquisition, customer expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and renewals within your territory.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline utilizing AE-led outbound, BDR, Channel, and Marketing Inbound funnels.
  • Leverage a deep technical understanding of hirify.global's solutions to drive consultative sales motions.
  • Craft compelling value propositions, accurately forecast, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure adoption, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong B2B discovery skills and ability to customize client-centric narratives.
  • Track record of exceeding annual targets of $1M+ and successfully managing complex six-figure deals.
  • Experience multithreading into the C-suite and across an organization to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, G-suite, and MSFT suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
