What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and establish sustainable streams in the Philippines market.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including direct sales and channel partnerships.
  • Lead strategic planning for market penetration, customer acquisition, and scalability.
  • Represent hirify.global as an industry expert and collaborate with global teams.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team.
  • Refine outbound sales processes and manage pipeline using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • End-to-end sales management experience.
  • 8+ years in a closing sales role with proven success in hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Prior experience selling hospitality software or B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Track record of launching new markets or building business operations from the ground up.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide teams effectively.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Deep understanding of the local business culture in the Philippines with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
