What you will do

• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate project requirements into actionable plans and monitor progress.
• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with automation and agentic system capabilities.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication and timely escalation.
• Build working knowledge of connected systems and business processes to support planning and execution.
• Manage project budgets including forecasting, funding requests, and financial reporting.
• Provide value-added PMO functions, driving business cases and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong understanding of automation, agentic systems, workflows, and cross-functional enterprise processes.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams in a complex global environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Big 4 experience.
• Agile certification.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification.
