Senior Program Manager (Cryptography)

TL;DR

Senior Project Manager (Cryptography): Driving the definition of requirements and specifications for secure high-performance security software and monitoring project progress and budgets. Location: This is a hybrid role based in Bucharest, Romania or Gratkorn, Austria. Candidates must have a valid visa and work permit for Romania if applying for the Bucharest location.

What you will do

• Drive requirement definition and specifications in close cooperation with architects and customer stakeholders.
• Create, monitor, and control project plans and budgets.
• Report KPIs and results into Project Review Boards.
• Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and 3rd parties.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a manager in Program Management or a Technical team.
• Background in electrical engineering and/or software development.
• Solid understanding of embedded software design, verification methodologies, and software project management practices.
• Strong Program Management skills and experience in managing complex technical projects including hardware and software.
• English: B2 required.
• Ability to drive business and innovation, and identify/resolve issues beyond team boundaries.

Nice to have

• Understanding or experience with Agile Project Management.
• Understanding of cryptography, security, and secure protocols.
• PMI/PMP certification.
• Experience with MS Project and/or Sciforma or other Product and Portfolio Management tools.
